Welcome to the registration information for the 1st Annual National Congress and Convention of Haitian-Americans.

Below contains all relevant information needed in reference to registering for this premier event.

Convention registrations include attendance to opening reception, exhibits, breakfast, and lunch for both Saturday & Sunday sessions and Saturday evening Gala.

There is no workshop-only registration. However, the gala-only registration info is listed below.

The preferred payment method for the Annual NCCHA is on-line credit or debit card payment. We have invested a considerable amount of effort and money into making our servers secure; furthermore, our credit card processing company is the leading and reliable PayPal merchant. Nonetheless, you can also fax your registration form.

Discounted registration fees will be available for members of the Haitian Student Associations whose organizations are volunteering for logistical help. However, this discounted registration fee does not include the Saturday evening Gala.

Early registration: Deadline was August 1st, 2008. No longer applicable.

Refund policy: Only registrants who met the early registration deadline qualify for a refund minus a $50 administrative and processing fee. No refund for registration fees will be issued for registrations received after August 1st, 2008. However, registration may be transferred (for free) to another representative and/or attendee.

Exhibitor/Vendor/ Ads:. All exhibitor/ vendor information must be received in good standing by noted date. Confirmation information/packet will be sent out either by mail, fax and/or email.

Sponsor deadline: All sponsor information and sponsor information, including ads, must also be received in good standing by Wednesday, September 24th, 2008. Click on Register to complete an online registration form or to print a Sponsor package.

Funds must be received for any registration by the respective dates, i.e., faxes and checks should be sent appropriately. Please note sending in your reservation request does not register you for the Convention unless you send your registration forms with payment to the Haitian League.

Gala policies: Gala only registration fee is $250.00 Registration can be completed by selecting Gala only registration on registration form if you are interested in ONLY attending the Gala.
